Something to marvel this marble interior ! The shiny stone, cold and hard plays beautifully against the leather of both the product (lovely shoes) and their soft display cases. Something we love about Marc Newson, a well known Australian designer since the 1980's is his magnificent use of material. Innovative, defies logic, he makes something light and airy from what is naturally heavy and immobile. His portfolio is certainly one to admire and calls to question the ambiguity of what we know as art and what we know as design...
